Linux unfriendly default naming

Hi,

I'm currently working on this issue to integrate the default scripts for play with the sbt-native-packager.

I found out that the UniversalPlugin.scala defines the folder name a bit strange. name-version.

I would prefer normalizedName-version as there are all special characters erased.

Good point. I was prefering "name" to be least suprising, and I just use linux friendly names.

A question on the rest:

Would you want to start work on a "java_server_applicatoin" archetype which includes the init.d/upstart scripts right in the native packager plugin? I'd more than welcome the pull requests. This is deifnitely on my long-term goals for the plugin, and I'm glad to see you guys have a working solution!

I have not much expierience in writing startup scripts, however I can try to merge the one from NatPackPlugin project to sbt-native-packager.
