dmenu - dynamic menu

dmenu is an efficient dynamic menu for X.


## My changes:

# dmenu patches

- caseinsensitive20200523: case insensitive by default, make case sensitive with -s option
- printpinttext20190822: return input to stdout, not first item list
- line height patch
- list full width
  - fixed right edge not expanding to screen edge
  - fixed gap after prompt in one line layouts
- mouse support with hoverred item getting "selected" style
- horiz scroll, no append... (seems to do nothing)
- no sort -S option
- password -P option
- fuzzy match

Requirements
------------
In order to build dmenu you need the Xlib header files.


Installation
------------
Edit config.mk to match your local setup (dmenu is installed into
the /usr/local namespace by default).

Afterwards enter the following command to build and install dmenu
(if necessary as root):

    make clean install
