The `--vcs-*` options have been replaced with `--forge-*` in scala-steward-org/scala-steward#2916.

The
--vcs-*options have been replaced with--forge-*in scala-steward-org/scala-steward#2916.I'd like to remove the deprecated options in Scala Steward eventually.
