we use this at Lightbend to help audit the licenses of all our dependencies, on all of our projects, including Scala

once this is merged, I will submit a separate 2.13.x PR

updated to no longer expose the project token. it probably didn't matter that we exposed it (I was initially told it was okay), since you also need credentials in order to use this, but regardless, it turns out that specifying the project name is enough by itself. just in case, I also deleted and recreated the projects on the whitesource site, which made new tokens, since the old ones were exposed.
