[BUG] Content inside of html tags isn't found in search

Problem description:
I have this in some documents:
<font color="red">TODO</font>
When I use the regular in-document search and search for "TODO" I find it, but Omnisearch doesn't find any occurences of "TODO"

Your environment:

• Omnisearch version: 1.15.2
• Obsidian version: 1.4.13
• Operating system: Windows 10
• Number of indexed documents in your vault (approx.): 400

Things to try:

• Does the problem occur when Omnisearch is the only active community plugin: yes
• Does the problem occur when you don't index PDFs, images, or other non-notes files: yes
• Does the problem occur after a cache reset: yes
