Big cleanups: chris.kuethe@gmail.com did a bunch of tinkering with your port of kalibrate - wrapped all the debug prints in "if (g_verbosity)" to not spam the terminal - added a couple of new flags to control the various gains - fixed the sampling rate: 1MHz is below the 8MHz minimum sample rate - fixed the decimation this now runs as fast as kalibrate-rtl
