@rafalkasa is this still requested what is the usage and what would be served?
With springboot this is probably easy-peasy. But need to know use-case.

Adding a static httpserver even without spring is easy, but currently I don't see the need. It would probably be easier to find a super simple httpserver and tell/suggest users to use it.

https://github.com/m3ng9i/ran looks small and simple, python has a simple httpserver for static content.
