- Moved from libaudiocd to libcdio and friends.
- Use Cynthiune's output backends for audio output.
- Removed the preference pane for AudioCD.bundle as it no longer
has any preferences. - Added an output volume control

to make CDPlayer compile and run on OpenBSD.
