a series of connections from twitter's servers over a couple of days recently resulted in this (after distilling down to just the postfix "connect from" messages):

i added this: /^.*\.twitter.com$/
to my /etc/postgrey/whitelist_clients.local, but i'm no expert, and i've not re-tested.
