Bump to renjin 3.5-beta76

• the latest would be 3.5-beta72, but this isn't available via https://maven.scijava.org
• the latest from scijava-public is 3.5-beta64, but some transient dependencies are missing

@imagejan Thanks. I experience the same results, regarding working and non-working versions of org.renjin:renjin-script-engine, dependency-wise. I did not test any R scripts, though.

@ctrueden I was able to use the latest version, 3.5-beta76, when adding the nexus.bedatadriven.com repository in the pom.xml, see my latest commit.

This still requires commenting out the failing assertion (I'm not sure how to deal with clearing the engine bindings), but the Compute Quantile template script in Fiji runs without issues now.
