TomoJ plugin

This plugin allows to use TomoJ within the Scipion framework.

Setup

• Install this plugin:

scipion installp -p scipion-em-tomoj

OR

• through the plugin manager GUI by launching Scipion and following Configuration >> Plugins

Alternatively, in devel mode:

scipion installp -p local/path/to/scipion-em-tomoj --devel
