Can you write instead "pytest>=3.5,!=3.6.0" (quotes needed in
shell+appveyor) so that we keep track of the situation.

Also, pytest bug report if they don't yet have one would be nice.

Isn't pytest-dev/pytest#3503 something
different though? Namely, ours fails long after importing conftest.py
and may be some unintended interaction with pytest-xdist.

I think we'd need new bug report... (Can't do it myself since I don't
have the github credentials on this computer.)
