Print elements of two lists (of different lenghts) in column format side-by-side #369

In the context i was working, this was also solvable by creating a pandas dataframe with the two lists, and getting the output printed as tables, though there could be cases where pandas is not even used.

Could be more than two columns, though there should be a maxwidth and then adjust column width based on that. Not intended to be fully general to begin with, but in principle should print a list of lists in a sort of table format.
