Modifications made to the duplex mode to allow specification of the maximum number of CPUs to use. Without this, when submitting to the GSC dlhost cluster, sub-processes were spawned causing the apparent memory usage to peak at around 80-90GB upon job initiation (first 30 seconds). Limiting the number of CPUs to 4 dropped this to less than 32GB.
