Add PHP 8.2 to build
Fix build failure from mixed declaration/statement
Needs upstream support in ezimuel/ringphp (see Allow dynamic properties in CurlMultiHandler for PHP 8.2 support ezimuel/ringphp#7), or turn off E_DEPRECATED in phpt tests?
