This PR updates the "Marker" font (Knewave Regular) to a version derived from the .otf, due to a bug in the original .ttf.
The new font file is still a .ttf, just one that I exported from the .otf version using FontForge.
This fixes character mappings for "Latin-1 Supplement" characters:
