About and Logs pages give 404 #272

Describe the bug
If you go to About or Logs pages under settings it will give 404 error.

Are you on latest or develop branch?
Same on 1.3.2 or develop tip.

Dev mentioned on Discord that those are not complete yet and will be finishing those soon.

The log file is at /app/config/logs/overseerr.log. Or you can look at the container logs.

About page exists now. Should no longer 404. Logs are still being worked on.
