Are there any scRNA-seq dataset in the AnnData format that are publicly available?

Sorry for the late response. Yes, there are a lot. We'll think about setting up a page that links to them.

See for instance, https://github.com/czi-hca-comp-tools/easy-data. At least the Tabular Muris one is available as h5ad.
