polygon_query() with filter_table=True on labels should filter the table.

Currently the table is filtered according to the inner call of bounding box query, which returns the bounding box query of the labels in the intrinsic coordinate system (bounding box of the back-transformed polygon into the intrinsic coordinate system of the labels).
