Pick a Pic Flutter App

This Pic a Pic Flutter App V 1.0 uses Pixabay Api to get images (API key not included in this repo for utils/scr.dart file for security reasons). To get an API key signup https://pixabay.com/ and scroll down for the API key in this page https://pixabay.com/api/docs/. The user can search for images. Logo was created using Canva.

App contains two screens

1. Search Page
2. Search Results Page

Installation

Follow instructions below,

1. Install android Studio (have an emulator set in AVD manager) - https://flutter.dev/docs/get-started/editor?tab=androidstudio
2. Set up Xcode for flutter development - https://flutter.dev/docs/get-started/install/macos
3. Add the api key in https://github.com/sdkdeepa/Search-image-flutter-app/blob/main/lib/utils/scr.dart
4. Select device and run the app
