in create_PSD, add refractive indices for beads and unknow autmatically #61

It is currently up to the user to provide a complete table of refractive indices to use for each population when calling create_PSD. However, the table returned by read_refraction_csv does not have entries for beads and unknown, so we added entries with the same index as the picoeuk population. It would be more convenient if create_PSD added those entries automatically.

Will add these values to the table CSV file itself rather than embedding these decisions in the code.
