To get the plugin working in Windows again after changes for Android:

add two instances of #ifdef _OCPN_ANDRIOD and #endif line 172, 175, 224, 227
This file is normally created by wxFormBuilder, but we know of no other way to separate the Android format commands.
src/libaudio/config.h (LATER: did this too early, applies to ov50 compile, reverted it)
Remove (comment out) #1define snprintf at line 4 (reverted this)
Tested the result in ov488 and it works except for the second screen of the decoder where coordinates are obscured.
