ov50 - Update appveyor to compile for Opencpn 5.0
Had to add the libaudio/config.h removal of the duplicate define snprintf due to the new libraries for ov50
Tested the appveyor file and it works in ov50 except the second screen of the decoder.
Merge this after stelian's changes to fix Windows Decoder etc. which he will make into a PR
Suggested order for merging:
This way Sean's repository will have an updated ov42-ov48 with an appveyor artifact that works better and a new ov50 appeveyor for windows artifact as well.
