Why is this change important?
twitter heavily restricted their web API: zedeus/nitter#919
you can't even access the tweets, nor search for tweets which is what we use
I think it's better to support nitter instances instead, as they try to keep up to date with the latest API changes: https://github.com/zedeus/nitter
