By far the easiest way to install MailPoet Gravity Forms Add-on is via the WordPress dashboard. Navigate to the ‘Install Plugins’ tab in the Plugins > Add New screen, search for ‘MailPoet Gravity Forms Add-on’ and click ‘Install Now’.
To install manually, upload the mailpoet-gravity-forms-add-on folder to your /wp-content/plugin directory on your web server then activate as normal.
