Also fix the bug that had caused the chain stop at block #259200.

If you are on the right chain you don't to updated to this version, is preferible but not required.

To check if you are on the right chain, open the debug console from the "tools" menu and type:

getblockhash 259240

if the result is:

9f231649790d8000f8b281047b19120c737b3061446585546e7c80a265c6eca2

you are on the right chain.

if not, you must reindex, and this new version prevent to go on a wrong chain.
