`BaseAndroidTest` exposes a way to override the capabalities used to start the selendroid server. Use that to only load the extensions in the `ExtensionLoadTest`. Other tests don't rely on extensions, so it's better if they don't load any. The ExtensionLoadTest itself is broken. So I'm disabling it.
