Disable Travis builds for untagged commits to master, rotate AWS keys #84

We currently build when committing to master, a process which needlessly eats up CPU cycles if the commit is untagged. This change removes master from the list of branches Travis will build, and rotates the AWS keys being used for EC2 builds (I forgot to update our shared password store when rotating these credentials last time).
