The latest version of hackney requires 5.0.2 so an update to publicsuffix-elixir is needed to maintain compatability. As far as I can tell there are no breaking changes in idna Also update version listed in the docs (along with installation instructions).

As far as I can tell there are no breaking changes in idna. I've raised an issue to confirm this: benoitc/erlang-idna#23
Although all the tests pass locally.
Also update version listed in the docs (along with installation instructions).
