Maximize on startup or remember last size #6

Currently the Milton window is vertically overflowing on startup on my 1366x768 laptop. You might want to save the previous size or just maximize on startup.

+1 to save the previous state and I think you should check, if the windows size is bigger than the current window you should maximize it.

Thanks. Will implement saving previous size and maximizing if the screen is smaller than the default size.

forgot to add file ( #6 ); MLT feature: brush
76a597b 
Minor version incremented. V2 MLT files now carry Brush and information
regarding opacity, size and in the case of the Pen, color.
