visualisation classes for the CHADO natural diversity module, 

build via ant:
ant compile


all accept standard json classes as input and use jsonPath to navigate to plotted values.
Makes heavy use of Stanford's protovis library 
http://vis.stanford.edu/protovis/.

resulting js code is compiled using closure:
http://code.google.com/closure/compiler/
