NodeFairing -- Jettison AG does not show up in editor, cannot be assigned/used. #546

Events[nameof(jettisonEvent)].active = Actions[nameof(jettisonAction)].active = HighLogic.LoadedSceneIsFlight && currentlyEnabled && canManuallyJettison && (numOfSections > 1 || String.IsNullOrEmpty(nodeName));

Bad logic is bad...
(need to adjust so that AG is also activated in the editor, so that it can be assigned to an AG button through the stock AG system)
