Add instructions how to connect to Outline server

Please add instructions to your wiki /documentation how to connect to Outline server.

Normally it needs server ip, port and encryption method.

In my opinion, Outline is just one of many third-party shadowsocks inplements. Now shadowsocks project haven't add any instruction for any third party inplement. If they add instruction for Outline, should they add it for V2Ray, ShadowsocksRR, ShadowRocket, brook, etc. (BTW, SS is a de facto standard now, all of the program I listed are compatible with SS) As for SS is Outline's transport protocol, I think it's no reason SS (as protocol standard) need tell user how to use Outline (as a specific application). ========== And, for "How to connect": Outline Access Key = SS URL, if you don't know how to use ss url, continue reading. SS Client with Outline Server: Just import access key and connect. Most SS Client can import key. Outline Client with SS Server: You need a SS client, manually configure it. Then export/share connection config. you'll see/copy a url start with ss:// , yes, it's your access key. The Outline share link contains the direct link actually.

copy string from ss (after index.html#/invite/ in the share link ) to the end,and decode it with url decoder ,that's the direct link.
