tests/qtest/fuzz-sdcard-test: Add reproducer for OSS-Fuzz (Issue 29225)

Include the qtest reproducer provided by Alexander Bulekov
in https://gitlab.com/qemu-project/qemu/-/issues/451. Without
the previous commit, we get:
