Third release

Added functionality to use NCBI FSC-adaptor output for adapter detection with hifiadapterfiltFCS.sh. This function requires NCBI FCS-adaptor as a dependency. The original script hifiadapterfilt.sh functions as before.

Second release

Updated functionality to allow for flexibility of file types (.bam, .fastq, .fastq.gz, .fq, and .fq.gz).

Also added options so remove adapters with fewer nucleotides matching or lower match percentage.
