Hello, we're having the same issue this PR is resolving. Prior to mongodb-memory-server <= v8.11.3 it's not downloading the proper mongodb binary on Ubuntu 22.04.

Also, wouldn't be easier to use ~8.11.0? That way we'll get automatically any patch version in the future.
