Gmail Notifier Plus is developed and tested on Windows 7 and Windows 8.
You need to have .NET 4.0 installed in order to use Gmail Notifier Plus. You can download it here; http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=9cfb2d51-5ff4-4491-b0e5-b386f32c0992&displaylang=en.
I honestly don't know if this will work on Vista. I would never install it to find out.
