Reproduction:

I didn't record it when it happened in round so have the reproduction made on a localhost.

• Step 1: Obtain friend (or a humanoid body)

• Step 2: Climb onto a table, have your friend lie down next to you.
  

• Step 3: Start fireman carrying your friend. It will fail and your friend will still lie on the floor, but you will have an OFF-HAND item in one of your hands.
  

• Step 4: Practice Tableteleportacy ( Teleport your friend onto any table from anywhere by clicking with the offhand on said table. )
