Include SBOMs with shipwright-io/build released images #1022

Changes

  • Update the setup-ko action to the v0.4 tagged version
  • Pin the version of ko used for build reproducibility to 0.11.2. This version by default generates a Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) that is pushed as a separate OCI artifact.
