Should be bytes, ps returns Kbytes.

Thank you. I confirmed RSS and VSZ are in Kbytes from man ps .

    rss       the real memory (resident set) size of the process (in 1024 byte units).
    vsz        virtual size in Kbytes (alias vsize)
