Description, reason for the PR The image proxy was not working properly on our Gitlab CI because of an old version of Docker installed on the server. Upgrading to a newer version solved the issue, see containers/skopeo#1501. It is nice to mention this in the upgrade notes as the projects might encounter the same issue after upgrading.
