Update the changelog to the same version the release-tag-system has

@fkorak Version 1.9.0 lives in a different branch than master. However I don't see any problem of updating the master changelog, although I won't track to changes in master branch. |

Update the changelog to the same version the release-tag-system has.
Further explanation: I am the nuget-package maintainer. I currently see new releases only via a mail alert on changelog.md. Therefore the changelog needs to be up to date if I'm supposed to keep track of it. The alternative would be to delete changelog.md altogether, although I have not looked into any notification systems for the release tag system.
