Included:

  1. script_test.m: Matlab script for basic use of the code. Simply type:
    run script_test.m

    ** Please understand that the dataset used in the paper cannot be publically released. The script contains a random matrix example to demonstrate the functionality of the algorithm.

  2. RGEP.m: Main code for Regularized-generalized eigenvalue problem (R-GEP).

  3. partial_trace_grad.m: Function for computing partial gradient of trace internally used in the script/code.
