Bug description

You can communicate with a blocked user by setting the disappearing messages for your conversation. the user is also presented with notification settings for blocked users which they shouldn't see since they shouldn't be receiving any notifications from a blocked user in the first place.

Steps to reproduce

• block a user
• go to the main conversation list screen
• click on the blocked user's avatar/icon
• a little modal with come up with some actions for that user.
• in that modal click the avatar/icon of the blocked user again to take you to the conversation settings screen for that user
• from here you can set disappearing messages and the blocked user will see that you set disappearing messages

Actual result: you can communicate to people you blocked by setting disappearing messages
Expected result: the conversation settings screen should be stripped down for blocked users
