Running latest on the v1.10 branch. Attached photo shows the issue, where you can see 3 different video layers erroneously have a colored stripe rendered at the top of the video layer (the three on the right).

I've run this code on several different server environments, and the issue has occurred on all of them.

This did no occur in v1.6.
