a-tint version 1.0

This is the old version of a-tint, as published on https://bitbucket.org/hampe/atint. It is implemented as a separate application (named atint) and is NOT compatible with the current version.

For a new version, you only need to get polymake, as a-tint is now shipped as a bundled extension.
