render_template() called before await ds.invoke_startup()

This plugin is currently broken! Since 0.63 in fact, when I made the .invoke_startup() change to support a Jinja environment feature: https://docs.datasette.io/en/stable/changelog.html#v0-63

• prepare_jinja2_environment() hook should take datasette argument datasette#1809

Same bug as was reported here:

• invoke_startup() is not run in some conditions, e.g. gunicorn/uvicorn workers, breaking lots of things datasette#1955

I'm treating this as a Datasette bug. I'll ship a 0.63.3 bug fix release and set that as the minimum required version for datasette-gunicorn.
