Tests failing on 1.9.3 because it can't install mime-types. I don't have the willpower to investigate that today.

Think I figured out the mime-types thing. Filed at teamcapybara/capybara#1615, locked to ~> 2.0.0 in the meantime.

We should also consider dropping 1.9 support, since it was EOLed in February.
