EEM FMC carrier is a low cost EEM module compatible with FMC HPC mezzanines Initial spec he initial spec:

Artix 100T (same as in Kasli/Phaser)
FMC HPC connector
VADJ fixed at 2.5V
All MGTs routed to the FMC
one MGT optionally routed to CPCIS adapter connector
2x EEM connector
optional CPCIS connector
256Mx16 DDR3 SDRAM
power supply as in Kasli
front panel with FMC cutout
clock input SMA
simple clock distribution (assembly variant based)
