On https://dev.singularitynet.io/tutorials/publish/ step 10 the command "snet treasurer claim-all --endpoint http;//$SERVICE_IP:$DAEMON_PORT -y" should be replaced with "snet treasurer claim-all --endpoint http://$SERVICE_IP:$DAEMON_PORT -y"
